Admissions to Mohr Elementary



Step 1:  Online opens Thursday July 31, 2020.  Visit  to begin.  You will be instructed to print out a Registration receipt, which you should bring to Walk-Through Registration.  

Step 2:  Log into the Q Parent Connection portal (using your Q PIN & password) to fill out school information and registration forms for your student(s).  Once you have logged on, start the re-registration process by clicking on the blue “Registration/Emergency Info” link at the top of the right side of the page.  After you have completed the online process for each of your students (click the “+” next to Step 2A to expand the student address), PRINT the Registration Review page for each student and bring to Walk-Through.  Complete this step before August 5.  Link to example of printout

Step 3:  Walk-Through Registration at Mohr Tuesday 8/4.  Please bring the following to Walk-Through Registration: 
  • Printed “Q” Registration Review Page (one for each student)
  • Printed FutureFund receipt
  • Printed or original copies of 2 acceptable proofs of residence   
Note: Make up Registration: Friday August 8th after 9:00 am in office
